Start with actual defects
Use real defect reports and inspection findings.
Scroll one scene at a time
Turn defect reports and building findings into location-based repair plans. Explore what happens next, before your team steps on site.
Multiple trades. Repair dependencies. Limited time. The challenge is deciding what happens next, and whether the plan can finish on schedule.
Connect reported defects to the building, floor, room and element. See what needs repair, what is healthy and what still needs a human check.
A suggested plan connects the right trades, dependencies, waiting periods and verification. One sequence your team can review together.
Test the repair sequence against time, resources and real-world constraints. Change the scenario and watch the work respond.
Carry out the approved repair, review the evidence and record the result. Failed checks become rework; passed repairs become verified conditions.
A roof leak at Building 7. Offices open from 8 AM–6 PM. Plan around the people, access windows and operations already in place.
Connect locations, inspections, repair actions and verification into a developing building-condition record. The next decision starts with more context.
Built for property developers, main contractors, building owners and facilities teams. Explore SAKTI on a real handover or maintenance workflow.
SAKTI is being developed to connect defect management, repair planning and simulation around the work that buildings actually need.
Use real defect reports and inspection findings.
Connect issues to the right locations and elements.
Review schedules against real-world constraints.
Record passed repairs and required rework.

Have a project-specific question?
Let’s talk about itSAKTI is an Internet-of-Defects (IoD) and Defect Planning & Simulation Platform being developed to help building teams map issues, prepare repair plans, test work scenarios and verify results.
Property developers, main contractors, building owners and facilities management teams.
SAKTI is designed for deadline-sensitive defect rectification workflows, including planning against the applicable rectification window. The actual deadline comes from the relevant notice date and agreement, not the report upload date.
Yes. The product direction also covers maintenance and repair planning for occupied or operational buildings.
The planned engine will explore repair sequences, schedule impacts, resource availability, building operating hours, weather-sensitive work and delivery constraints. The website demonstrates these ideas using illustrative inputs, not live data.
No. SAKTI is intended to help teams plan, identify schedule risks and improve decision-making. Actual completion depends on project conditions and execution.
Not necessarily. SAKTI’s intended workflow can begin with available floor plans and defect reports. The accuracy and detail of the resulting map depend on the supplied information and verification.
SAKTI has existing prototype capabilities in defect ingestion, categorisation and 3D visualisation. The integrated pre-work simulation engine is the next major development milestone.
IoD is SAKTI’s concept for connecting defects with building locations, inspection evidence, repair actions and verification outcomes.
The SAKTI Founding Pilot Programme is RM500 per project per month for up to five named users, with a minimum duration of three months and a total minimum commitment of RM1,500. The scope includes agreed data volume, guided onboarding and available prototype features. New simulation capabilities are introduced for testing as they become ready. Larger pilots are scoped separately.
Submit a pilot enquiry describing your project, building or repair challenge. The SAKTI team will review the scope and discuss suitability. The preview form clearly identifies when no submission service is connected.
