About SAKTI
This website is provided by ASAP XR to introduce SAKTI and demonstrate illustrative building-repair workflows. These terms cover website use. They do not replace a signed pilot or service agreement.
Simulations and professional decisions
Buildings, defects, weather, resources, schedules and verification results shown here are examples. The prototype does not provide live project forecasts, safety certification or a guarantee of completion. Do not use a displayed result as the sole basis for construction, access, safety or contractual decisions. Confirm actual conditions, dependencies and deadlines with qualified professionals and the relevant project parties.
Permitted use
You may browse and interact with the demonstrations for evaluation and legitimate business enquiries. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or use the service unlawfully. Share only information you are authorised to provide. Avoid uploading or emailing sensitive or confidential project records through this enquiry workflow.
Pilot programme
The Founding Pilot offer is RM500 per project per month, for up to five named users, with a minimum three-month commitment of RM1,500. Project suitability, data volume, available prototype features, onboarding, payment terms and any applicable taxes are confirmed in a separate written agreement before a pilot begins. An enquiry is not an order, payment or accepted pilot contract. Features in development and future simulation releases are not guaranteed deliverables unless expressly agreed in writing.
Enquiries and privacy
Demo, pilot and partnership forms save your enquiry and send it to our team. Director connection forms save contact details to our database after consent, then open WhatsApp with a prepared message that remains under the visitor’s control. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking or create a contract. Personal information is described in our Privacy notice.
Content and intellectual property
SAKTI branding, website content and software are owned by ASAP XR or their respective licensors. You may link to the website and use the demonstrations for evaluation. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use of brand assets and other protected material requires permission unless permitted by law. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their owners.
Availability and responsibility
The website and prototype may change or be temporarily unavailable. We aim to provide useful information but do not promise that illustrative content is complete, error-free or suitable for a particular project. To the extent allowed by law, ASAP XR is not responsible for losses caused by treating illustrative outputs as approved project instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
External services
Links and email actions may open services operated by others. Their terms and privacy notices apply. A link is not a guarantee of their content or availability.
Changes, law and contact
